Members have priority for spots on that skate
rosters. Rosters will be limited to 24 skaters and 2 Goalies
Non-Member roster positions are secured 15 minutes prior to ice time, and
the skate fee will be $ 25.00.

Terminal Hockey's
contracts with the Ice Rinks mandate that all participants be current
members of USA Hockey.
Current USA Hockey members must
provide proof of membership for Club records.
Players WILL NOT be permitted on the ice if Terminal Hockey is not
in receipt of a
complete this
USA Hockey
Waiver PDF Form
(click for PDF),
and proof of payment in our
records.
Membership In USA Hockey is on an annual basis Sept 1 - Aug 31 and costs
$ 30.00
Their can be no exceptions to this policy, and your full cooperation is
expected.
Both members and non- members are required
to inform Terminal Hockey of their desire to participate in a skate.
Participants who have registered with Terminal's Email Notification
Service receive weekly emails asking "are you playing"?
All others must make a request to participate via email 8 hours prior to
an event.

By following these procedures Terminal
Hockey has enjoyed quality skates week after week for over 20 years.
